2. Orders & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment verification and order confirmation.
  • Once an order is dispatched, tracking information is automatically emailed to the address provided at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to contact customers if additional verification is required to prevent fraudulent transactions or ensure accurate delivery.

3. Delivery & Shipping

  • We serve customers in Europe and the United States via reliable carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS Priority services.
  • Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days post-dispatch.
  • Tracking updates are issued at key milestones (dispatch, transit, and local delivery).
  • If an order exceeds standard delivery timeframes due to carrier delays, we will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution, including a replacement shipment or full refund where warranted.

4. Delivery Risk and Ownership (EU Customers)

  • For EU consumers, the risk of loss or damage remains with the seller until the goods are in the physical possession of the consumer or an authorized third party.
  • Mandatory statutory rights under EU consumer protection laws remain fully intact.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

  • Eligible EU consumers possess a 14-day right of withdrawal without providing a reason, starting from the day of physical receipt.
  • To initiate a withdrawal, email online@quickfoldseat.com with a clear statement.
  • Returned items must be sent back within statutory deadlines. Direct return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are borne by the customer.
  • Value reductions caused by excessive handling beyond what is necessary to establish product nature and function may be deducted in accordance with local regulations.

6. Damaged or Defective Goods

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact online@quickfoldseat.com immediately with photographic evidence.
  • Approved claims will be processed via replacement or refund. In clear-cut damage cases, physical return of the item may be waived.

7. Refunds

  • Valid refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Statutory right-of-withdrawal refunds include standard initial delivery costs; premium shipping upgrades are non-refundable.

8. United States Customers

  • US consumer transactions comply with applicable federal and state regulations. No mandatory statutory rights are restricted.
