Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases made through the Quickfoldseat website by customers in Europe and the United States.

1. Order Processing & Payments

  • Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and order details have been confirmed.
  • We accept payments using Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and supported electronic wallets where available at checkout. Charges will appear on your bank statement under Quickfoldseat or our operating entity.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

  • For eligible consumer purchases in the European Union, customers have a 14-day Right of Withdrawal without giving a reason.
  • The withdrawal period generally begins when the customer, or a designated third party other than the carrier, obtains physical possession of the goods.
  • To exercise this right, please contact online@quickfoldseat.com with your order number and a clear statement requesting withdrawal.

  • Goods must be returned within statutory deadlines. Direct return shipping costs for change-of-mind withdrawals are borne by the customer where permitted by applicable law.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If a product arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact online@quickfoldseat.com immediately upon receipt.
  • Please provide:
    • Order number
    • Customer name
    • Brief description of the issue
    • Clear photographs showing the damage or defect
  • Where evidence is sufficient, we may process a refund or replacement without requiring the physical return of the damaged item. Statutory rights concerning defective goods remain unaffected.

4. Delivery Delays

  • Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days post-dispatch via reliable carriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS Priority services.
  • Tracking updates are sent to the checkout email at key milestones. If an order exceeds the standard timeframe, contact online@quickfoldseat.com for an investigation and potential replacement or full refund.

5. Refund Processing

  • Once a refund is approved, it is processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • For valid EU statutory withdrawals, standard initial delivery charges are refunded; expedited shipping upgrades are non-refundable.

6. United States Returns and Refunds

  • US consumer returns and refunds comply with applicable federal and state protection standards without restricting mandatory legal remedies.

7. Return Conditions

  • Items returned for change-of-mind must be handled with reasonable care. Deductions for diminished value caused by excessive handling may apply in accordance with local laws.
